At Ask Alexia, I’m committed to providing a helpful, supportive service that makes your life easier. I understand that sometimes plans change, so I’ve created this policy to offer clarity and fairness.
Packages Purchased Online
Refunds are available for packages purchased via the Ask Alexia website, but only under the following conditions:
- A refund may be requested before the consultation session is booked.
- Once a client has booked their consultation session, work begins behind the scenes. At this point, the service is considered in progress and no longer eligible for a refund.
To request a refund before this point, please contact me via email at alexia@askalexia.co.uk within 14 days of purchase.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Appointments can be rescheduled or amended with at least 24 hours’ notice. If you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, I may be unable to offer a refund or reschedule.
Ad-Hoc & Retainer Work
Ad-hoc support and retainer services fall under ongoing professional arrangements. These are covered under my Terms of Business, which will be shared with clients at the start of our working relationship. Please refer to those terms for information regarding cancellations, refunds, and service changes.
Downloadable Materials
Some packages may include documents, templates, or reports as part of the service. These materials are not sold separately and are only available as part of the completed service. Refunds will not be offered for downloadable content if the service has already been delivered.
Gifts
If a package is purchased as a gift and sent directly to the recipient, the recipient may reschedule their session as needed. Refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser.
If the purchaser received the service first and passed it on later, any refund request will also be processed through the purchaser.
